In late November 2001, the CBS television network aired a two-hour special in honor of Michael Jackson's thirtieth year as a solo entertainer.The show was edited from footage of two separate concerts Michael had orchestrated in New York City's Madison Square Garden on September 7 and September 10 of 2001. The shows sold out in five hours. Ticket prices were pop's most expensive ever; the best seats cost $5,000 and included a dinner with Michael Jackson and a signed poster. Jackson reportedly earned $7.5 million for each of the two concerts, which is over $150,000 per minute. The show ranked first in black viewers over the decade ending 2008.

高一（2009年）去网吧刷夜搜“BillieJean”无意中搜到的，我想这个版本我没看过打开看看，结果一发不可收拾，太好看了，然后过段时间从支持可下载的网吧下载了这个视频，到现在（2018年）9年多了，这个演唱会视频我每隔一段时间翻出来看看，这么多年用手机、PC，等设备看了不下上百遍。很羡慕那些在场的观众。这是一场视听盛宴。这个视频，到今天我愣是没看够，以后也不会看够。我甚至视其为宝贵财富。MichaelJackson，ILoveYouForever

这个世界上不是人人都叫迈克尔杰克逊，自然也不是人人都当得起这样一场演唱会。来的人都是这个圈子里最厉害的一群人，可是他们全部加在一起都不及他一个人的风采。MJ，我爱你。
